Course Description:

In this course, participants learn the history, science, and basics of palmistry. They will learn about the major lines, mounts, and aspects of fingers akin to palmistry. Throughout this course, learners develop the skills needed to read their own palms and the palms of others. Learners will be shown how to give palm readings based on the following categories: health, love/relationships, business acumen, entrepreneurial abilities, wealth generation, and trustworthiness. Through this, learners develop an understanding of the limiting beliefs and the self-sabotaging behaviours that are stored in the body that can block success. An introduction to
entrepreneurship is provided, which will give learners the basic tools needed to launch and grow a spiritual business. Case studies are used to help learners understand best spiritual entrepreneurial practices. A certificate of completion is awarded at the end of the course.

Course Objectives:

Upon completion of the course, learners should be able to:

1. Identify the main lines and mounts akin to palmistry.
2. Understand how to read their own palms and the palms of others.
3. Understand how the body stores limiting beliefs and self-sabotaging behaviours.
4. Understand the basics of starting a spiritual business.
5. Learn best practices to develop a spiritual business.
6. Understand how to develop a client database.

Teaching methods:

This is an online, synchronous course. Learners meet with the professor every week, for five weeks. Each class is 1.5 hours. Prior to each class, it is recommended that learners come prepared by completing the assigned readings and/or view the video case study materials. During the class, the professor will provide knowledge of the various palmistry categories and leaners will conduct self-assessments. In other words, they will read their own palms to develop the skills needed to give readings to others. To this end, participants will be learning from lecture content and case studies through their own self-assessments. The Socratic approach will be used frequently, which involves the professor asking questions to solidify the content. In general, the course will be conducted in a highly interactive manner. Active participation in class discussions is highly recommended. One of the intentions of the course is to learn in community and build community.
