Throughout his career, Dr. Overall has coached countless entrepreneurs across various industries on how to expand their enterprises. As a professor, he has taught hundreds of entrepreneurship students on how to start and incubate a business. Combined with his expert knowledge of entrepreneurship, strategic management, and modern mysticism, Dr. Overall helps organizations of any size recognize opportunities, solve problems, and achieve objectives through a variety of traditional business tools and metaphysical healing modalities, like: palmistry, cardology, astrology, energetic analyses, and intuition.

In his research, he has studied the contributing factors to organizational failure. He also has researched, extensively the causes of entrepreneurial success and failure. In this vein, he focuses much of his attention on the dark side of entrepreneurship – the mental health challenges that many entrepreneurs experience. He works directly with entrepreneurs, investors, entrepreneurial organizations, like incubators, accelerators, and others to create programming to heal the mental health challenges of entrepreneurs.
